I made purchases on the previous Eagle Store. Do I need to create another login on this new store?
Yes. The new Eagle Store is hosted on an entirely different platform. While we have your old account information, we don't have access to your old password so we can't make this a seamless tracnsition unfortunatley. Please create a new account or checkout as guest on the new Eagle Store.
Does the Eagle Store accept returns?
Yes. Regular inventoried items may be returned provided you have contacted Support using the support widget and made arrangements. (The support widget can found at the bottom right of the screen.) Once your items have been received back, you will receive a refund on your credit card. A restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, however, sale and special order items may not be returned. How do I exchange an item?
The Eagle store allows items to be exchanged for size. To exchange items, follow the return instructions listed above and then simply prurchase the size you would like.
Why do special order items take approximately two weeks to ship?
Special order items are made in small quantities or even just in time. These items ship from the manufacturer to the decorator, where the logo is applied. The decorator then ships to you. The process takes approximately two weeks before it ships.
